Staff Support

All members of the University community are expected to treat each other with respect, courtesy and consideration at all times. Bullying, harassment, discrimination and other behaviour that falls short of what we expect from staff and students at the University of Bradford is not acceptable.

Where appropriate, concerns should initially be raised with your line manager, Head of School or Department or Dean/Director. If you have experienced or witnessed unacceptable behaviour, help is available to support you.

If you feel able to, where appropriate, concerns should initially be raised with your line manager or if that is not possible, with your Head of School or Department or Dean/Director.
